Since all of our products are in digital format, and access is typically granted immediately after payment, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our content.

General Refund Policy
As a rule, we do not offer refunds on purchases once access to the digital product or training has been granted.
Digital products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, and hence we cannot reverse access or downloads.However, we do understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, which is why we have outlined two conditional refund guarantees below.

30-Day Implementation Refund Guarantee
We stand behind the value of our content. If you fully implement the training or course materials as instructed and do not see any improvement or results, you may be eligible for a full refund.

To request a refund under this guarantee:
1.You must submit your refund request within 30 days of purchase.
2.You are required to show proof of implementation, such as completed worksheets, assignments, or progress inside the course.
3.We will review your submission and, if eligible, issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.

This policy is in place to encourage genuine effort and learning.

7-Day Conditional Refund Guarantee

  • A valid and genuine reason must be presented for the refund.
  • Non-serious reasons like “I changed my mind” or “I don’t have a laptop” are not considered valid, especially if you are enrolling in a digital business course.
  • If the refund request is accepted, the amount will be processed after deduction of applicable transaction fees.

  • Refunds are processed only to the original payment method.
  • We do not offer partial refunds for bundled products, bonuses, or promotional discounts.
  • All refund requests must be submitted through official channels (email: support@learnmetry.com).
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds in case of abuse, excessive refund history, or dishonest claims.
